What's On?

P.E.

...will take place in Llanrhidian village hall every other Friday.

Centenary Celebrations

Well done to everyone who took part in the centenary celebrations on Friday. The singing was fantastic and I was very proud of you all. The costumes were amazing and I have got some lovely photographs to show you.

Snowflake and Zebra Crossing

Our new additions to the classroom (Our guinea pigs) will be needing a home for the half term holiday. If you would like to take them home then please let Mrs Evans, Mrs Morgan or Steph know!

         Outdoor Learning

We are continually improving our outdoor area. We plan our day so the children can spend as much time as possible outdoors. We go out in all weathers - even when it's raining! It's vitally important that the children come to school every day with suitable outdoor clothing. All children also need a spare set of clothes left on their pegs in a clearly labelled bag.

The Children love to work on  play dough table. We often use the dough to help the children learn numbers and letters. If you would like to reinforce this at home try out the link below for a good playdough recipe

  Phonic games

An Introduction to letter sounds

Each week we have a phonic focus. The children are invited to bring in an item for the sound table. We use the objects from the table for phonic games and activities.
