We are learning about nocturnal animals at the moment. Click on the badger to do some more research at home. Find out some interesting facts to record in your Busy Bee books.
Busy Bee challenges will be set every Friday and can be completed over the following week. Stickers will be awarded for successful completetion of challenges. Busy Bee work is not compulsory, but is extremely useful, as it always reinforces current class work.
We have started a new class novel called "The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark" by Jill Tomlinson. Click on the Barn Owl Trust link for some interesting owl facts. Click here for some owl maths games. Click here to read some "What am I?" riddles. Music The children enjoy music activities and singing every Friday. All Year 1 and Year 2 children will be learning the recorder. These can be purchased from the office and need to be in school every Friday.
Whats On? P.E. ...will take place in Llanrhidian village hall every other Thursday. It will be on the 12th and 26th November and on the 10th December.
